This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Obra PS Case No. 276 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made pistol along with 4 bullets were recovered beside a bed placed in a room which was attached to house of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for nearly two-and- a half months, the Court is inclined to grant him bail.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with Obra PS Case No. 276 of 2018.
