The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P. S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the evidence against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
