Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 196 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the petitioner being agent took Rs. 95,000/- from the complainant and gave a forged visa and when the petitioner complained, he told that he would obtain another visa and he will sent son-in-law of the complainant abroad but in vain. On demand the petitioner did not return the money and passport. Submission is of false implication, the whole prosecution story is baseless, the petitioner never worked as agent
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33835 of 2014 (3) dt.08-04-2015 for sending Arab country and on the basis of false allegation the petitioner has been dragged in this case to which the learned APP opposes by submitting that during investigation the witnesses have supported the allegation and supervising authority has also found the case to be true which is evident from the impugned order. Considering the allegation attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
