Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366,366(A) of IPC. The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and has already married with the petitioner. The victim has disclosed her age as 18 years.

Since the victim has not alleged any offence committed by the petitioner and investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27437 of 2021(2) dt.01-10-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Karakat Police Station Case No.147 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
