2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 384 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 30(d), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The petitioner and other co-accused fled away when the police caught the illicit liquor making factory in the forest and 3000 liters of mahua along with other items were recovered. The name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the chokidar as one of the persons who fled away and who was involved in the manufacturing of the illicit liquor.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioner does not deserve the privilege

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
