Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I. Act.

The cheque issued by the petitioner bounced. In the circumstances, FIR was lodged under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I. Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58602 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 case is pending in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 170 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
