Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not committed any offence. He is only alleged to be a member of the mob. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
