The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in Tiar P.S. Case No. 14/2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 147, 148, 149, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted the informant, his father and brother with chain, pistol and other weapons. It is submitted that there is a counter-version being Tiar P.S. Case No. 15/2016. From the side of the petitioners also, many persons were injured. The injury reports, annexed as Annexures 2, 3 & 4 series, show that both sides have sustained injuries and the injuries are

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Ara in Tiar P.S. Case No. 14/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
