2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) , 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant suspects that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of son of informant by pressing neck and by pouring hot water on his body .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that informant is not eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. During course of investigation , none of the witnesses have claimed to have seen the occurrence nor seen the deceased near the house of petitioner. There is no direct or indirect material against this

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
