KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in Lakhanaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S.Case No.103 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 120B, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the PCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that son of the petitioner has eloped with the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted that the victim girl herself in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she had gone with the son of the petitioner on her own volition and also performed marriage with him voluntarily.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48897 of 2017 (4) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Madhubani, in Lakhanaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S.Case No.103 of 2017/ G.R. No.45/17.
