This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area PS Case No. 32 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he was involved in snatching a gold chain, 11 currency notes of 2000 denomination as well as mobile phones from the informant. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused persons, namely, Dharmendra Kumar, Ramiz Raja, Md. Miraj and Shatrudhan Choudhary have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15972 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 Court. He further submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 06.02.2018.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area PS Case No. 32 of 2017.
