Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kochas P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have been summoned to face the trial under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. by an order dated 02.03.2020, which is a non-reasoned order. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
