This is an application for bail in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S.Case No. 243 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is he is not related to in-laws family of the deceased and he is outsider and against him only suspicion has been raised that he caused death of deceased and he is in custody for four months and charge sheet has bee submitted.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52195 of 2017 (3) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S.Case No. 243 of 2015, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
