The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(I). For commanding and directing the concerned respondent to publish the final result of the petitioner (subject to qualifying in written and physical test) after considering her candidature as "Non-Home Guard,"

because under confusion and bonafide mistake the petitioner has applied for the post of Constable on the basis of Home Guard."
