The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 461 of 2020 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 461 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
