2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 12.01.2025.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is to defalcate the PACS money tune of Rs. 24,03,821.47/- along with other persons where father of petitioner was chairman and petitioner was the manager of the PACS.

5. Without exploring the other merits, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner straightaway submitted that with same allegation father of petitioner, who was chairman namely Madan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19685 of 2025(4) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 Chaubey was granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 19248 of 2025 from where it appears that coaccused Madan Chaubey already deposited Rs. 13 Lakhs and balance amount of 11,03,821.47/-will be deposited within next six months from the date of said order i.e., 23.04.2025. While concluding the argument it is submitted that investigation has already completed, and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant also approved the aforesaid fact.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as petitioner remains in custody since 12.01.2025 and who is a man of clean antecedent, coupled with the fact that investigation of case already concluded, accordingly above named petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Motihari, East Champaran at Motihari/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of the
