That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) / order(s)/ direction(s)

Patna High Court CWJC No.9931 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 commanding the respondents authority for staying the operation of direction / order issued under letter No. 177 dated 5.5.2015 (contained in annexure 7) passed by the Child Development Programme Officer, Jalalpur, Saran including the direction / order issued under letter No.725/ Programme Chapra dated 27.08.2013 (contained in annexure-4) and further be pleased to allow the petitioner as Anganbari Sewika to run Anganbari Centre No.

144 under Gram Panchayat Raj, Nawada smoothly at the old place of Anganbari Centre,and / or to grant any other relief / reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled for under the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any.
