Case No. 94 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290, 414, 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A)/50(G), 57/60 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is no concern either with the liquor or the vehicle.
