Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are in custody since 04.08.2017 with allegation in the FIR that they were identified while committing theft in the house of the informant. Other witnesses have supported the allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have got criminal antecedent.
Considering the entire facts as well as completion of the investigation, let the petitioners, above named, on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49413 of 2017 (4) dt.30-01-2018 completion of seven months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Revilganj Police Station Case No.162 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
