JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manshahi P.S. Case No.107 of 2013 instituted under Sections-147, 148, 149, 452, 364 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are 'Gotiyas' and because of certain rivalry this false case has been instituted. There is a counter case on the same and the matter has been compromised.

Be that as it may, till submission of charge-sheet, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Warish Kumar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33619 of 2014 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Manshahi P.S.
