Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 366 (A)/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim girl has not made any allegation against this petitioner. Furthermore, the petitioner is also not named in the F.I.R. Some other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide its order, dated 18.04.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10943 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Srivastava, J.M.
