====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30, 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that 58.155 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Barack from joint possession of the petitioners.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15949 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 have clean antecedent. They are staff of SAP Jawans.. He further submits that at the instance of Dy. S.P., the instant First Information Report has been lodged.

Petitioners are in custody since 1.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
