The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 143, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other accused persons on the point of pistol demanded Rs. 50,000/- as ransom from the informant. On refusal, all the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant. It is submitted that a title suit bearing 60 of 2018 is pending between the parties due to which petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No money was delivered to any

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 633 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
