2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 435, 427, 353 and 153 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution story, in short, is that about 100150 accused persons along with lathi and danda came at the gate of informant's company and started raising slogans and they entered in the campus of Power Plant and set the vehicle, Guard Room etc. on fire.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Buxar Mufassil Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
