Petitioner's claim for removal of pay anomaly was moved before the District Magistrate, Siwan in a group by Annexure 5.

It is submitted that in spite of reminder (Annexure 6), till date same has not been granted to the petitioner. Claim of the petitioner as per submission of counsel for the petitioner is to be considered by the District Magistrate. Writ petition is therefore, disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 (District Magistrate, Siwan) to consider

Patna High Court CWJC No.9482 of 2015(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, if the same has not been disposed of. Financial dues found admissible should also be paid to the petitioner.

This court would be pleased, if entire exercise should be completed within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
