====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 03-12-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aadarsh Thana Jamui P.S. Case No. 568 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/120(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that Putki Kumar @ Puspa Kumar of the informant was sleeping with her on 06.11.2019 at 8.00 P.M. In the meantime, Vikram Paswan came and kidnapped her minor daughter for bad intention. On protest, Vikram Paswan threatened to dire consequence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the father of the co-accused Vikram Paswan and petitioner no.2 is the mother of the co-accused Vikram Paswan. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence . He further submits that the victim girl who was already marriage and with another person of Uttar Pradesh fallen love with Vikram Paswan and both are with their own sweet will sent to remoter place and he lodged the case against the petitioners. He further submits that the victim girl was married in the year 2017 and she is major.

That the petitioners filed supplementary affidavit stating therein that the informant daughter Putaki Kumari @ Puja Kumari is herself went with Vikram Paswan, son of the present petitioners and paragraph-3 is mentioned that Vikram Paswan and Puja Kumari were living at House No.117 Kisharipur, Delhi and they inform to the petitioners that Puja Kumari is safe and pregnant and last month of pregnancy is continuing. He further submits that in paragraph-4, after issuing of baby, she will return to home with Vikram Paswan.

No.14858 of 2020(6) dt.03-12-2020 3/3 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M Jamui in connection with Adarsh Thana Jamui P.S. Case No. 568 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
