It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertence, the name of father of petitioner in the order dated 25.02.2023 has wrongly been typed as "Asfak Khan @ Late Aftab Alam" in place of "Md. Mansoor" and for aforesaid mistake the petitioner is still in custody.

As such, in the order dated 25.02.2023, let name of father of petitioner be read as "Md. Mansoor" in place of "Asfak Khan @ Late Aftab Alam".

The order dated 25.02.2023 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
