It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the last paragraph of the order dated 14th July, 14th July, 2016, the name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Ram Awdesh Ram in place of Krishna Prasad Singh. On perusal of the record, I find substance in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Apparently, due to secretarial inadvertence in the order dated 14th July, 2016 at page 2 of the last paragraph the name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Ram Awdhesh Ram in place

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21855 of 2016 (4) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 of Krishna Prasad Singh. Accordingly, the order is modified to that extent.

Let Ram Awdhesh Ram in the aforesaid order be read as Krishna Prasad Singh.
