The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.262 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 324, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of iron rod on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rosera P.S. Case No.261 of 2021 was lodged against the informant's side by the father of the petitioner and one person

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17069 of 2022(3) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 died from the petitioner's side during the occurrence. The injury report is annexed as Annexure-2 to this application. It is further submitted the informant was not ready for the x-ray. Considering the fact that the injuries are simple in nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Rosera in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.262 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
