Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nayaram Nagar (Safia Sarai) P.S. Case No. 86/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
There are specific allegation against the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27620 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 No. 1 who is the mother-in-law of the deceased of torturing and demand of dowry, her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
Considering the relationship of the petitioners who are the brother of the husband of the deceased and considering the general and omnibus allegations against them and also considering the fact that they are junior members of the family, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 Ravi Paswan and Petitioner No. 3 Chotu Paswan be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Munger, in connection with Nayaram Nagar (Safia Sarai) P.S. Case No. 86/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
