The petitioner seeks bail in Maranchi P.S. case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Section 498A, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 304(B) of the IPC was added. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 01.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55552 of 2016 but the trial has not yet been concluded.

A report was called for and the learned trial court has reported that the trial is its fag end and only doctor and I.O are yet to be examined.

Considering the fact that the trial is its fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
