This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 17.08.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51345 of 2019, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15850 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 to illness of the petitioners and intervening COVID 19 pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for four weeks' more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 17.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51345 of 2019, be extended by further six weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
