The intervention application has been filed by the intervenor applicant for addition as party respondent in this application.

In view of the subsequent development, it is allowed and intervenor applicant is directed to be added as respondent in this writ petition.

The petitioner has apparently suppressed the order of stay passed against him by which the measurement order in is favour by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Patori, DistrictSamstipur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5929 of 2020(8) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 In view of the above, since the measurement has been done the Circle Officer, Mohanpur, Samastipur is directed that he shall not demarcate the land in question which has been demarcated or he should not provide any assistance to the petitioner pursuant to the measurement.

The application is dismissed with a cost of Rs. 25,000/- to be paid by the petitioner in the District Legal Aid Committee, Samastipur. If the cost is not paid by the petitioner within four weeks from today and the receipt is produced before the District Judge, Samastipur then the District Judge, Samastipur will direct the S.P. Samastipur to recover the amount from the petitioner and deposit the same in the District Legal Aid Committee, Samastipur.
