The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2017 dated 09.07.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was caught on the spot while he was trying to waylay the informant in the night of 08.07.2017. The petitioner, prior to this case, was made accused in another case on the basis of confession and in that case, he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2017. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
