Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 313, 363, 366A, 376, 120 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegations are false and concocted. As a matter of fact, there is good relation between the victim girl and this petitioner. Morevoer, the matter has been compromised between the parties as is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
