JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-06-2016 It is the case of the petitioner that in terms of Annexure1, dated 19.7.2010, petitioner was engaged on a fixed remuneration of Rs.10000/- for carrying out certain work relating to Census. The period in question is 23.7.2010 to 30.6.2011. The reason for filing the writ application is that the remuneration has not been paid. Despite the repeated applications being filed before the District Magistrate, Begusarai when nothing came to be done the writ application has been filed.

The writ is disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate- cum- Chief Census Officer, Begusarai to verify the claim of the petitioner and take steps for payment in terms of Annexure- 1 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of production of a copy of
