2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 422/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. F.I.R. was registered against unknown persons for killing of the deceased. The chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Except for suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19366 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar/ concerned court in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 422/2021.
