JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2023 The present petition has been filed for review of the order dated 19.09.2018, passed in CWJC No.17021 of 2018, by which the writ petition had been disposed off with a direction to the respondents to grant similar benefits to the writ petitioners as has been granted to other incumbents, vide judgment dated 23.06.2017, passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.167 of 2016.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners has submitted by referring to the order dated 09.08.2020, passed by the District Education Officer, Banka that the writ petitioners have already been granted the pay-scale of Upper Division Clerk, i.e. Rs.4000-100-6000, hence nothing survives in the present review petition, moreso, since the State of Bihar has already complied with the aforesaid order dated 19.09.2018, thus the present review petition has been rendered

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not wish to press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
