The learned counsel for the respondents further submits that upon the petitioner approaching the examination cell of the B.S.E.B. of Darbhanga division, she would be handed over the original certificate after completion of the requisite formalities.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, nothing survives in the present case. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
