The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 538 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner was among the people who assembled for committing crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2018.

Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has

Case No. 538 of 2018.
