JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 23-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Principal Secretary, Planning & Development Department, Bihar, Patna to dispose off the representations filed by the petitioner on 02.09.2017, 04.01.2018 and 23.06.2018 respectively.

2. Without entering into the merits of the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, the Principal Secretary, Planning & Development Department, Bihar, Patna is only directed to dispose off such representations of the petitioner.

In order to set the board clear and expedite the whole process of disposal of the representation, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Planning & Development Department, Bihar, Patna, detailing his grievances within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same shall dispose it off along with the other representations which have been referred to in the order, within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned order.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
