The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.160 of 2014 instituted under Sections366/385/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his minor daughter has been kidnapped and taken away on motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the girl has been recovered and her statement under Section-164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. In her statement under Section-164 Cr.P.C., she has herself stated that she has not been kidnapped rather she has been walked up on her own and has been married and living happily.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33649 of 2014 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Md. Taiyab, Md. Wakil alias Rapat and Salim Zafar alias Babbi shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri V.N. Prasad, J.M. 1st Class, Bhagalpur (or its successor), in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.160 of 2014, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
