The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2017 in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 435, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and the main allegation of assault is against co-accused, namely, Ramesh Thakur and Raghunath Thakur, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- cum-Sub Judge- 3rd, Muzuffarpur in connection with
