The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan P.S Case No. 55 of 2018 for the offence registered Punishable under Sections 272, 272/34 IPC and 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for seizure of 47.4 liter Nepali Kasturi wine. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.04.2018.
