ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2018 in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.116 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against Lakhendra Mahto and Lakhu Mahto and not against the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and, therefore, he may be released on bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State and there being no overt act

No.36652 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 attributed to the present petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.116 of 2015.
