The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 427, 337, 353, 333 of the Indian Penal Code. A girl died in road accident and the said incident led to case and counter case.

It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by different Benches of this court vide order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2630 of 2021, dated 05.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3463 of 2022 and dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1325 of 2022. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.17503 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Patna City in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
