That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to dispose of the representation dated 15.12.2022, filed by the petitioner, before the Collector-cum-District Registrar, East Champaran, regarding the ban imposed on registration of land situated at Village Chandrahiya, P.S Motihari, P.S. No. 193, Khata No. 236, Khesra No. 1324, 1322 and 1325, by an order, passed by the Additional

Patna High Court CWJC No.5729 of 2023(9) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 Collector, East Champaran, Motihari, with effect from 25.06.1984 and further issue direction to the concerned respondent to ensure execution of registration of the lease deed, presented by the petitioner before the District Registry Office, East Champaran, Motihari, in favour of Rajiv Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Ramdayalu Nagar, Muzaffarpur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
