Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 452, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they entered inside the house of the informant and assaulted him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and both informant and petitioners are relatives and there is general and omnibus allegation. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S.Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
