The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 365, 386, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., allegation of assault and demand of extortion money is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner is only alleged that money, which was withdrawn through mobile app from the account of informant, was transferred to the account of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only with a view to save skin from Sanaha dated 31.12.2020 filed by the petitioner before Jakkanpur Police Station which was received on 02.01.2021. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 2 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
