Petitioner was caught red-handed while stealthily removing Rs.3,100/- from the cash box of the informant and for that, is under custody since 15.10.2017, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Shailesh Sah @ Shailesh Saw @ Shailesh Sao is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-III, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P. S. Case No.280 of 2017.
